Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires keen observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Security Guard will work closely with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises through surveillance systems and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure the safety of individuals on-site.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for investigations or emergencies.
• Provide first aid and CPR as necessary in emergency situations.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or suspicious behavior.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of bars and clubs.
• Strong knowledge of surveillance equipment including CCTV systems.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to observe and report effectively with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential.

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
