Compensation: $25.00 per hour, non-exempt position

Schedule: Full-time, on-site. Mon-Fri, 8AM start

A fast-paced produce company based in Minneapolis, looking for a sharp, organized Administrative Sales Assistant to support our sales operations and help keep our team running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

This role is fast-paced, detail-driven, and varied. While no two days look exactly the same, here are some examples of common tasks you’ll encounter in your day-to-day.

• Coordinate with our Transportation team to schedule delivery appointments
• Manage order entry and updates, and work closely with Sales and Procurement to resolve inventory issues
• Review paperwork and OS&D reports for discrepancies
• Work in shifts with your team to cover the main phone line and route calls as needed
• Reconcile orders across internal and external ERP systems to ensure customer confirmations are accurate
• Assist with compiling documents and data for reports
• Research outstanding AR balances and resolve short payments by processing disputes or credits
• Help prepare marketing materials for promotions or presentations
• Communicate with our customers and assist with inquiries sent to our shared inbox
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 6 months of experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Be able to sit and work at a computer for 8 hours a day with the ability to complete data entry and both inbound and outbound calling.
