What does a Talent Acquisition Manager do at WPP Production?
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at WPP Production, you will be a strategic talent advisor, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders. understand their talent needs and proactively develop and execute recruitment strategies. You will have the opportunity to partner across all areas of our agency within our many offices in North America, developing deep understanding of all aspects of our business and becoming a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders. You will own the relationships, full recruitment life cycle, proactively addressing talent challenges, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved. This role will require hybrid in office time in our NYC office.

What does a Talent Acquisition Manager do at WPP Production?
As a Talent Acquisition Manager at WPP Production, you will be a strategic talent advisor, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders. understand their talent needs and proactively develop and execute recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, acting as a strategic advisor on talent acquisition. Understand their objectives, proactively address talent needs, and manage active requisitions and priorities. Ensuring alignment between current openings and future talent needs.
- Full cycle Recruiting: Managing the shaping of an attractive job advert, proactive recruit talent, manage applications, screen talent and shepherd through full process.
- Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management: Manage candidates through the interview process to offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Interview Process Facilitation: Guide the interview process, gathering feedback, and facilitating debrief sessions. Own the strategy and flow of the interview process.
- Offer Negotiation & Closing: Extend offers, negotiate compensation and benefits, and close candidates effectively, demonstrating a strong understanding of market value and negotiation strategies.
- Collaboration with HR: Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth handoff of hired talent to the onboarding/orientation process.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics such as time-to-fill, hiring manager satisfaction, and quality of hire to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate the impact of talent acquisition efforts.
- Employer Branding: Promote WPP’s employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
- Pipelines: Proactively manage talent pools and pipeline for upcoming roles and commonly filled positions.
- 7 years Prior experience in full cycle recruitment ideally with experience on post production, creative, production and adjacent searches.
- Strong ATS experience in Greenhouse or relatable tool.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to understand WPP’s business goals and develop recruitment and talent strategies that support them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and other members of the organization.
- Familiarity with various recruitment techniques and technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Foundational understanding on US Visa eligibility and basic legalities in the hiring process
- Experience recruiting across the US and Canada in multiple markets is a strong plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills able to multi tasks on multiple searches simultaneously.
- Thrives with being organized and help drive simplifying process.
