The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications. Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end project management support; build project plans, timelines, milestones, status report, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, cost/benefit analysis and stakeholder management
- Manage the successful delivery of multiple projects related to performance marketing
- Coordinate with other regional and global teams to ensure project is tracking, removing blockers and allowing the team to complete their work effectively
- Lead status meetings, capture and distribute meeting notes to project stakeholders
- Coordinate efforts across regional teams to ensure streamlined, consistent communication and execution of strategic direction set forth by and in partnership with Performance teams
- Support rollout of holistic performance strategy (Search, Social, Mobile, Programmatic) through regional teams
- Establish and formalize performance Ways of Working and operational best practices, keep share of industry news and help develop and share POVs
- Coordinate broader performance priorities including market expansion, paid organic integration.
- Self-starter who is comfortable working in a team capacity and coordinating local and global teams
- 3-5 years working in a project management or performance marketing role
- Familiarity with the digital marketing space; tactical experience working in search, social or programmatic buying and campaign management is a plus
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Problem solver and loves to creatively troubleshoot issues when they arise
- Someone who can implement and follow standard operating procedures but also think outside the box when needed
