What are the responsibilities and job description for the Histology Technician position at WPM Pathology Laboratory?
Overview
This position requires a minimum education level of high school diploma. Knowledge of histology laboratory procedures is also a plus, as is a willingness to learn and utilize new skills.
Individual filling this position will work with Histology Technicians, learning and eventually performing all necessary histology department tasks.
Hours are from 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional shift changes are necessary to cover vacations, illness, etc.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
