Location: San Bernardino, CA
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:40 PM (flexible based on operations)
Pay Rate: $20/hr (based on experience)

Overview | 职位概述

We are looking for a detail-oriented FBA Labeler to support Amazon FBA outbound operations. This role is responsible for creating FBA shipments, preparing shipping documents and labels, coordinating with warehouse teams, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers.

Key Responsibilities | 岗位职责

· Create and manage Amazon FBA shipments through Amazon Seller Central.

· 负责在 Amazon Seller Central 创建并管理亚马逊FBA货件。

· Generate and print FBA box labels, shipping labels, and product labels.

· 根据发货计划生成并打印箱唛、物流标签及产品标签。

· Verify SKU information, quantities, carton dimensions, weights, and shipping details to ensure accuracy.

· 核对产品SKU、数量、箱规、重量及发货信息，确保数据准确无误。

· Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve shipping exceptions or delivery issues.

· 跟进货件运输状态，及时处理物流异常及发货问题。

· Coordinate with warehouse staff to complete product labeling, packing, and shipping.

· 协助仓库完成产品贴标、装箱、打包及发货工作。

· Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure system inventory matches physical inventory.

· 维护发货台账，确保系统库存数据与实际库存保持一致。

· Communicate with Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, and logistics providers to ensure timely shipments.

· 与采购、运营、仓库及物流服务商保持沟通，确保货件按时发出。

· Organize and maintain shipping documents and related records.

· 整理并归档发货相关单据及资料。

· Perform other warehouse and logistics-related duties as assigned.

· 完成上级安排的其他仓储及物流相关工作。

Qualifications

· Previous experience with Amazon FBA shipping operations is preferred.

· 有亚马逊FBA发货相关经验者优先。

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· 工作认真细致，具备较强的数据核对能力。

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

· 熟练使用 Microsoft Excel 及其他 Office 办公软件。

· Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· 具备良好的多任务处理能力，能够适应快节奏工作环境。

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· 具备良好的沟通能力及组织协调能力。

· Experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations is a plus.

· 有仓储、物流或跨境电商行业经验者优先。

· Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred

· 中英文双语者优先。
