About the Role
The Field Service Technician is primarily responsible for performing all repairs and preventative maintenance of vending and food service equipment according to company standards and customer expectations. In addition, the Field Service Technician will be expected to assist in the preparation, staging, delivery, and installation of MEM equipment as needed. The Service Technician position will also be required to be a part of the afterhours "On-Call" rotation schedule. Every member of the WP Team is a sales person for our brands and company. Therefore, the MEM Tech must be focused on providing WP Beverages with profitable growth through the sale and efficient distribution of our refreshing beverages, superior customer service and innovative customer focused marketing programs.

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma.
- Minimum one year experience in: Field service, installation, and/or refurbishment of MEM equipment within a high volume distribution environment.
- High attention to detail with the ability to present written information in a clear, concise, and legible format.
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
- Possess a valid Driver's License in good standing.
- Must maintain a driving record in accordance with WP Beverages Vehicle Operator Policy.
- Must be DIHLR certified for refrigeration or able to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
- Must have a good working knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.
- Excellent working and technical knowledge of all MEM equipment.
- Must know basic plumbing and health codes for pre/post equipment.
- Above average knowledge of electricity and electrical systems.
- Must be able to read and understand wire schematics and fluid flow diagrams.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs. from floor to waist.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
