Description -
- 10–14 years of experience in delivery management and transformation leadership within insurance or financial services.
- Proven track record managing distributed delivery teams and large programs.
- Deep understanding of insurance business processes (Policy, Billing, Claims).
- Experience in digital transformation, automation, or cloud migration programs.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership presence.
- Experience with leading insurance platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or equivalent).
- Exposure to AI/ML initiatives or Generative AI–based engineering productivity tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL, SLA/KPI governance models, and compliance-driven delivery.
- Background in consulting or vendor management with strategic insurance clients.
