Position: Field Service Specialist (with growth to Manager)

Status: Full-Time | $45,000/year starting salary ($21.63/hr)
WOW Windowboxes — Cincinnati’s award-winning container gardening company — is officially planting roots in New Jersey. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of our first expansion market and grow into a leadership role as we build our Morristown team. We’re known for turning ordinary homes and storefronts into head-turning, WOW-worthy spaces through vibrant seasonal plantings in custom-built window boxes. With years of success and recognition in Cincinnati (including being named a Best Places to Work Finalist), we’re ready to bring our design-driven, service-obsessed approach to New Jersey. We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, creative, and excited to help launch this market from the ground up. This role starts as a Field Service Specialist, but we’re hiring with the intent to develop this person into our future Field Manager in Morristown.
What You'll Do (Now)
● Install WOW’s signature seasonal window boxes and planters
● Build, install, and irrigate custom containers during off-season periods
● Work outdoors with a high-performing team to deliver beautiful, consistent results
● Solve problems on the fly, adapt to unique job sites, and take pride in each finished product
● Learn the full scope of the business, preparing to lead as we grow
What You’ll Do (Soon)
● Hire, train, and lead a local field crew
● Oversee field production, scheduling, quality standards, and routing
● Communicate with the WOW home office to ensure smooth seasonal transitions
● Support onboarding of new team members and create a culture of excellence
● Represent WOW in the Morristown and surrounding community and help shape the local brand

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits
● Starting salary: $45,000/year ($21.63/hour)
● Quarterly performance bonus
● Paid training
● Two weeks paid winter break
● One week paid personal time off (increases to 3 weeks over time)
