We're looking for a motivated, organized, and tech-savvy Business Development Specialist to support our VP of Sales. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, gain real experience in fintech and sales operations, and grow fast in your career.
The Entry Level- Financial Services Associate is an entry-level role yet plays a vital one as you will be the first point of contact. A great candidate would enjoy persistently exploring and uncovering the shortcomings in clients' businesses and provide them with solutions to do things better. You will be learning and working under an energetic and competing (positive competition helps all of us to do our job better every day) team to grow step by step into a professional in payment industry.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Gather leads, conduct cold calls, and schedule appointments in order to develop new business
- Engage conversations with small to medium-sized business owners by introducing products and services
- Obtain business information such as business name, address, current marketing strategies, payment method, sales volume, and current pricing; inputting lead information into database
- Gather credit card processing statements for pricing analysis and to understand business financial situation
- Follow up with potential clients to further engage business opportunities
- Manage the business pipeline and develop a payment strategy for long-term sustained success

- Bilingual skills in Chinese, Vietnamese, Hindi, Gujarati, Bengali or Panjabi
