Pay:

• Base rate of $23.00/hour

How Your Role Fits In

As a Seasonal Warehouse Worker at our Chippewa Falls Distribution Center, you will play an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations. This position includes responsibilities such as cleaning and organizing work areas, inspecting products, sorting materials, and assisting with other general warehouse tasks as needed to help keep the facility safe, efficient, and well organized.

If you are new to warehouse work, don’t worry. You will receive the training, guidance, and ongoing support needed to succeed. WOW Logistics is a Drug Free Workplace, and the Warehouse Worker position is considered a safety-sensitive position.

What you’ll do:

• General Warehouse Support: Perform a variety of warehouse duties including cleaning work areas, organizing materials, and assisting with day-to-day operational needs
• Product Inspection and Sorting: Inspect products for quality and accuracy, sort materials as needed, and help ensure proper handling and storage
• Safety First: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following all safety requirements, policies, and housekeeping standards
• Team Collaboration and Inventory Support: Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently while supporting accurate inventory and material flow throughout the warehouse

• Dependability: Be a reliable team player with a focus on safety and efficiency

• Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
