Lube Shop Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our lube shop team. This role is customer-facing and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and communicate with customers in a professional manner
- Explain recommended services clearly and honestly
- Create and manage service repair orders
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service
- Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house area
- Follow company policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Very strong customer service and communication skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance (very little tolerance for call-outs)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
Experience:
- Prior automotive service advisor or customer service experience is preferred
- Willing to train the right candidate; prior experience is a plus
Schedule:
- Monday – Saturday
- No Sundays
Pay:
- Pay based on experience
