Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Express Tunnel Car Wash Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the express tunnel car wash
- Manage, train, and motivate team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
- Ensure vehicles are loaded safely and efficiently through the tunnel
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the site, vacuum stations, and equipment areas
- Monitor wash quality and ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and employee performance
- Perform routine equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance/repairs as needed
- Track daily sales, memberships, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience (car wash or automotive industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Basic mechanical skills is a plus
