Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and service-oriented Concierge to join our team. The Concierge will serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional support to enhance the living experience and uphold community standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and discreetly.

Duties

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times, adhering to dress code and grooming standards.
• Greet and assist residents and guests with a warm, courteous, and professional demeanor.
• Respond to resident inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate, up-to-date information and assistance on services, amenities, and policies.
• Ensure a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling resident-related matters.
• Regularly collect resident feedback and collaborate on improvements to enhance service quality.
• Maintain detailed logs of service requests, complaints, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with property management to ensure alignment with community goals and expectations.
• Provide concierge support for on-site amenities and special events.
• Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests, ensuring prompt follow-up.
• Manage package deliveries and pick-ups, including logging and secure storage.
• Organize and maintain records of resident service requests and track resolutions.
• Assist in resolving resident concerns and complaints with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or residential concierge preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions.
• A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for residents and guests are essential traits for success in this role.
