Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of client communication, creative direction, and execution.
You will be responsible for managing event projects from initial inquiry through final execution — ensuring every detail is captured, communicated, and delivered at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and expectations
- Build proposals, mood boards, and visual concepts (primarily using Canva)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and detail-focused
- Maintain accurate project notes and ensure all event details are clearly documented
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, warehouse, installers) to ensure smooth execution
- Stay on top of trends in events, social media, and design to bring fresh ideas to clients
- Follow up with clients and guide them through the booking process
- Ensure all projects are fully prepared ahead of event day
