A strong background in estate planning is crucial, with at least 3-4 years of experience allowing you to navigate complex issues such as drafting revocable trusts and identifying potential legal concerns to discuss with attorneys. A high level of expertise in Gsuite is necessary for efficient document management and collaboration. Familiarity with WealthCounsel will ensure you can draft and organize estate planning documents seamlessly.Additionally, experience with client management systems like MyCase or Lawmatics will enhance your ability to maintain client records and streamline workflow.
