Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate in-home caregivers to provide personalized care and assistance to clients in their homes. This role involves supporting clients with daily living activities while fostering a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and client preferences.
Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' well-being.
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
Offer companionship and emotional support to promote clients' mental and emotional health.
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities.
Maintain accurate records of care provided, including daily trackers and incident reports.
