The Opportunity

We’re looking for an energetic and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing mobile wound care team in Osprey, FL. This is not your typical clinic job — you’ll be on the move, meeting patients where they are, and making a direct difference in their healing journey.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on wound assessments, treatments, and advanced wound care procedures.

• Develop and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with our Medical Director.

• Perform wound debridement (sharp, enzymatic, or autolytic) as clinically appropriate.

• Prescribe medications, dressings, and therapies per Florida scope of practice.

• Document visits in our mobile-friendly EMR quickly and accurately.

• Educate patients, families, and facility staff on wound care and prevention.

• Travel between patients in Osprey and surrounding areas during business hours.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Florida NP (APRN) or PA-C license.

• National certification (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA).

• DEA license (or eligibility to obtain).

• Wound care certification (WCC, CWCN, etc.) preferred, but not required.

• Prior wound care, home health, or long-term care experience strongly preferred.

• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and passion for patient-centered care.

• Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided).

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time position | Office Hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (flexible scheduling available).
