Nurse Practitioner Job Description
Seeking Nurse Practitioner for mobile advanced wound care services to treat patients in their homes and/or in Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout Indiana

Required:
- Active NP License in the state
- Available Mon-Fri 9-5
- Pass all background checks
- Comfortable with wound care
- Patient- focused, caring bedside manner
- Excellent communication skills, professional work ethic, comfortable with technology
- Wound Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility/Home Care experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
