National Storage Solutions, a top performer in the Self-Storage Industry, is seeking an experienced Self Storage Assistant Manager to oversee the sales and operations of a store level within a team environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the Managers in managing local storage facilities and help with development and execution of sales and operational goals. The Assistant Store Manager will help oversee local marketing for two locations in the Midland, Odessa area, while helping build relationships with local business leaders to promote our services, and help to promote the companies’ brand within the community.
Able to work 4 hours on Saturdays except for the 1st Saturday of the month you would be off.
Qualifications:- Operational experience in the Self-Storage industry is a plus, but not mandatory
- Ability to travel is a MUST
- Ability to prepare rental agreements with customers
- Customer service
- Experience with sales and administrative duties
- Possess a high level of problem-solving skills
- Help develop and execute effective marketing plans
- Experience in coaching and training employees towards states goals
- Ability to lift 30lbs unassisted
- Experience in marketing and building relationships with local businesses is a plus
- Will handle landscaping between facilities
- Hold a valid driver license- a MUST
Willingness and ability to travel between facilities (Midland & Odessa) is a MUST
High School Diploma- Preferred.
