Mobile Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Growing mobile wound care practice in Los Angeles seeks a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert wound care, including debridement, wound vacs in patients’ homes
- Manage patient cases independently with compliant documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare providers in geriatrics, palliative care, and hospice settings
Qualifications:
- Licensed NP or PA in California
- Minimum 6 months of wound care experience preferred; additional training provided
- Experience with wound debridement, wound vacs, or ultrasound treatments a plus
- Familiarity with ostomy care or osteomyelitis management highly valued
- Wound care certification a plus (encouraged post-hire)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take ownership of cases
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to patient homes
