If so, Wound Care Advantage is the place to be! We are currently seeking a full-time Floating Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). This role will have a primary home base at the Center for Wound Healing & Limb Preservation at UCLA; however, there is an expectation to provide coverage and support at other Southern California clinic locations as needed. Occasional, minimal travel to San Francisco may also be required.

Job Summary
The Licensed Vocational Nurse / LVN will provide effective and personalized patient care. He/she will be responsible for patient safety, physical assessments, clinical documentation, treatment plans, continuous communication with clinical staff, tracking of outcomes, and patient education. He/she will assume responsibility for providing quality and timely care for all patients. This person will enable the team of providers to make appropriate decisions to develop, implement and evaluate a plan of care. The Licensed Vocational Nurse / LVNwill demonstrate professionalism and leadership, collaborate with other professionals, and comply with the policies and procedures of the wound care program.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current state license to practice as an Licensed Vocational Nurse / LVN
- At least one year of Licensed Vocational Nurse / LVN experience, a PLUS if it is in Wound Care ( but not required)
- Must maintain current provider CPR certification throughout employment
- ACLS certification preferred
- Fully vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus in accordance with Federal CDC and State/Local regulatory guidance.
