We are a busy Restoration company seeking an experienced and energetic Human Resources / Executive Assistant to support our Corporate HR team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and providing ongoing employee development. You will assist in maintaining uniformity across offices by ensuring compliance with company SOPs and policies while supporting high-volume and specialized hiring efforts throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiting activities including prescreen calls and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding new employees and follow-up training programs
- Provide timely employee feedback and track training progress
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support the Corporate HR team and monitor office performance consistency
- Manage documentation related to recruitment, onboarding, and training
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of executive assistant experience with a focus on HR functions
- Skills in recruitment, employee onboarding, and training coordination
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and communication best practices
- Excellent organizational, time management, and data entry abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM management
- Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration and team support
