We are seeking a Hermetic Process Engineer to lead and optimize manufacturing processes involving hermetic furnace technology. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality, reliable production of hermetically sealed components through process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates bring both technical expertise and hands-on experience in hermetic operations.

Starting at $100k DOE
Job Duties
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for hermetically sealed components
Collaborate with production teams to maintain consistent product quality and yield
Troubleshoot process-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations
Maintain, update, and enforce manufacturing process documentation and quality standards
Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, throughput, and cost-effectiveness
Support cross-functional teams with technical expertise on hermetic sealing methods
Evaluate and refine furnace performance and process parameters to improve outcomes
Requirements
Associate’s degree with significant relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s in Engineering (preferred)
Direct hands-on experience with hermetic furnaces and sealing processes
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in process documentation and control systems
Ability to work independently and drive improvement across departments
Salary : $100,000
