What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Auto Detailer position at WOT Auto Detailing?
We are a rapidly growing Auto Detailing company looking to hire additional team members. We specialize in high end detailing while deploying service teams to dealerships for Make Ready.
Currently we are looking to expand the team with another Auto Detailer.
Auto Detailers must have a strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment. Along with these skills, our Auto Detailer's should have the following skills.
Core skills:
- A strong background in customer service.
- Previous experience working in auto detailing.
- The ability to engage in physical work for extended periods of time.
- Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle.
Advanced skills: While these are not required the following skills are preferred skills.
- Paint restoration experience.
- Previous management experience.
- The ability to manage inventory and stock supplies.
Responsibilities: These responsibilities include but are not limited to -
- Assess cars to determine need for cleaning and maintenance
- Paint Correction
- Ceramic Coating Applications
- Apply revitalizers and preservation agents to leather surfaces to preserve and protect them
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure procurement of supplies when inventory runs low
- Assist in local automobile deliveries
Applicants must pass a drug screening, background check, and have a clean driving record.
