Position: Solar Sales Closer
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (In-Office)
Hours: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and transferred calls from prospective solar customers
- Close solar deals over the phone using a streamlined, no-Zoom sales process
- Communicate with prospects via phone and email to finalize agreements
- Clearly present product offerings, pricing, and benefits to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate records of deals, follow-ups, and customer interactions
- Consistently meet or exceed closing targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience closing solar deals is required
- Strong phone sales and objection-handling skills
- Ability to manage and convert inbound and transferred leads efficiently
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills via phone and email
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in an in-office, fast-paced sales environment
Compensation & Growth:
- 100% commission-based structure
- Typical weekly earnings range from $1,500 to $6,000 based on performance
- $500 advance paid per written deal
- Backend commission paid upon installation completion
- Commission structure of $100 per kW installed
- Fast installation timelines (typically 14–60 days) to support quicker payouts
- High earning potential with consistent inbound opportunity flow
