Worxweb Solutions is hiring a Recruiter to support a growing insurance sales organization in Portland, OR. This is a full-time, onsite role focused on high-volume sourcing and hiring of sales agents, with additional responsibility for coordinating pre-licensing, onboarding documentation, and compliance steps for new hires.
This role is well suited for someone with a background in sales who has transitioned into recruiting, or an experienced high-volume recruiter with familiarity in insurance or financial services. The primary sourcing channel is Indeed inbound, and the expectation is consistent pipeline activity with a focus on quality placements and fast time-to-start.
What you will be doing
- Source, screen, and hire sales agents through Indeed and other inbound channels at high volume
- Manage the full recruiting cycle from initial contact through offer and onboarding
- Coordinate pre-licensing processes for unlicensed candidates, including tracking requirements, scheduling exams, and ensuring completion before start date
- Assist with new hire onboarding paperwork, compliance documentation, and system setup
- Maintain accurate records of candidates at each stage of the pipeline
- Collaborate with leadership to align hiring volume with organizational growth targets
- Identify sourcing improvements and help refine the recruiting process over time
What we are looking for
Must-haves:
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, or inside sales
- Background in sales with a transition into recruiting, or recruiting experience within insurance or a related sales-driven industry
- Comfortable managing a high-volume pipeline with multiple candidates at different stages simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and a consistent, organized approach to follow-up
- Reliable and able to work onsite in Portland, OR full-time
Nice to have:
- Experience recruiting for insurance sales, financial services, or licensed professional roles
- Familiarity with insurance pre-licensing requirements and exam coordination
- Prior experience using Indeed as a primary sourcing platform
Compensation and bonuses
- Base salary: $60,000
- Performance bonuses:
- $250 bonus at 10 cumulative enrollments
- $750 bonus at 100 cumulative enrollments
- Total compensation range: $70,000 to $125,000 based on performance
