Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-oriented Service Provider to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about wellness, eager to make an impact, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. You’ll be responsible for providing a range of services, maintaining a pristine studio environment, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Services: Deliver high-quality wellness services, including guiding cold plunges and performing body sculpting treatments with care, expertise, and attention to client comfort.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every client feels seen, heard, and valued through exceptional customer service rooted in kindness and trust.
• Studio Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including folding laundry, cleaning treatment areas, and turning over rooms efficiently between appointments.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with teammates to create a supportive, positive work environment that prioritizes teamwork and the shared goal of providing outstanding client care.
• Sales & Growth: Engage with clients to promote additional services, packages, and products authentically, supporting the studio’s growth while meeting client needs.
• Accountability: Take ownership of your role, demonstrating reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic in all aspects of the job.
• Continuous Improvement: Embrace a growth mindset, seeking opportunities to improve skills, contribute ideas, and support the studio’s mission to disrupt the spa industry.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 1–2 years of spa experience (wellness, body treatments, or similar services preferred) with a strong focus on customer service
• 1–2 years of sales experience, with the ability to meet goals through authentic client connections
• Experience working in a fast-paced, wellness-centered environment
• A passion for health and wellness and an understanding and familiarity with our services.
