Picker/Packer

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products, efficiently packing orders, and preparing shipments to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Duties

• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and verify items for customer orders
• Pack products securely following packaging guidelines to prevent damage during transit
• Prepare shipments by labeling, sorting, and organizing packages for shipping & receiving processes
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy of picked items and proper packaging standards are met
• Assist in stock replenishment, inventory counts, and maintaining organized warehouse distribution areas

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or related roles
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to handle materials handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting and load/unload tasks throughout shifts
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality standards are maintained
• Prior experience with warehouse supervisor responsibilities or warehouse distribution is a plus

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
