What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Soccer Coach position at Worthington United 94?
Worthington United 94 is looking to hire coaching staff for the 2026-2027 club season. Our coaches are passionate about the game of soccer, have a heart for guiding and mentoring children, and share a coaching philosophy centered around individual player development.
We have both girls and boys club teams that range from U8-U14, as well as opportunities throughout the year to train players through additional club programming that is offered (Winter Futsal, camp programming, etc.).
Coaching staff reports to the club's Director of Coaching and/or Academy Director to ensure a healthy, supportive environment for both club and coach.

Pay Range: Commensurate with playing and coaching experience. Starting pay is between $3500 and $6000 annually per team, plus hourly pay opportunities via supplemental programming (Winter Futsal, camp programming).
