New hires will receive hands-on training to assist with machine operation and job setup, check material specifications, package finished materials, and operate large cab or overhead cranes to load, unload, or stage materials safely and efficiently.
Schedule
This position requires working a non-rotating 12-hour shift schedule. After orientation, new hires finish training on day shift (6a-6p). Once qualified, employees will move to night shift (6p-6a) following a 2-2-3 bi-weekly pattern. The facility operates on a 24/7 Schedule.
