Electro‑Mechanical Reliability Technician
Location: Monroe, OH

Where you’ll work and when
- A stable manufacturing environment supporting standalone production equipment
- Permanent Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 2-2-3 schedule with 88 paid hours each two-week period (built-in overtime)

What you’ll do
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment across electrical and mechanical domains
- Perform preventative maintenance to prevent unplanned downtime
- Diagnose issues involving motors, VFDs, sensors, and control wiring
- Interpret and work from electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints
- Weld and fabricate components as needed for reliable fixes
- Document findings and parts usage in the CMMS
What you bring
- 2 years in industrial maintenance within manufacturing
- Strong electrical troubleshooting; 480V experience preferred
- Experience with Allen‑Bradley PLCs is a plus
- Skilled with a meter and fluent in reading electrical schematics
- History of stability and excellent safety practices
