Location: Worthington, Minnesota
Position Overview
The Musical Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the musical, ncluding rehearsals and performances
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and conduct rehearsals for school musical
Provide mentorship and guidance to student performers
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
Qualifications
Strong musical background and experience in directing
Knowledge of vocal and instrumental techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and community members
Job Details
Schedule: After school, evenings, and some weekends
