Worthington Of Logan in Logan, OH is looking for one front desk agent to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 72 W 2nd St. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. This role we are filing is 4 to 5 days a week consisting of 2 days of each shift 7a-3p and 3p-11p and occasionally other employees days off. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Inspecting and staging rooms as needed
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
- Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a front desk agent or customer service
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
