You keep production moving—safely, precisely, and on time. At Worthington Enterprises, your work ensures materials arrive where they should, machines are set up correctly, and finished products meet exacting standards.
The ChallengeCan you read a tape measure, spot a defect, and shift gears quickly? On any given shift you may build arbors to prep equipment, stage parts for a press or paint line, operate a forklift or crane to move product, assist with welding or testing, and verify incoming shipments are accurate and damage-free—all while keeping your area clean and your team informed.
Pay & Shifts- Pay: $17–$20 per hour
- 2nd shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Execute production activities: assembly, material movement, machine setup (building arbors), press or paint line operation, welding, testing, and quality control.
- Move, stage, and transport materials and products using forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and banding tools.
- Receive, inspect, unload, and store inbound goods; verify counts; report damage or defects.
- Inspect finished products; communicate and document nonconforming results.
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment; complete general housekeeping.
- Partner with teammates and supervisors to achieve daily goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support safe, efficient, quality operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–6 months of relevant experience preferred (warehouse/manufacturing/material handling).
- Can operate forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and banding tools; required OSHA safety training.
- Forklift and crane license.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs; stand for long periods; perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic math, computer, and tape measure reading skills.
- Strong hand–eye coordination and mechanical aptitude are advantageous.
- Detail-focused; follow written instructions, production orders, and bills of material.
- Effective communication and collaborative mindset.
