Project Engineer (Facilities and Process)
We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our Corporate Engineering team. This role will focus on facilities-related projects (offices, manufacturing plants, and infrastructure) while also supporting process improvement initiatives within our operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering projects that enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability across the organization.
This position requires approximately 30-40% travel to company locations and project sites.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and support facilities-related projects including office buildouts, utility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and capital installations.
- Partner with operations and corporate stakeholders to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Provide engineering support for process-related initiatives, such as automation, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvements projects.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality execution, safety compliance, and on-time delivery.
- Prepare and present project documentation, including status updates, technical reports, and financial tracking.
- Support corporate sustainability, safety, and asset stewardship initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, IT, operations, and supply chain teams.
Education, Experience, and/or Training
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Project engineering or related experience in a facilities, capital projects, or process improvement environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction, utilities, and/or manufacturing processes preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SAP, or similar).
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel 30% to company sites.
