Student Monitor Attendance Assistant--Worthington Kilbourne HighSchool
One full-time Student Monitor Attendance Assistant to work 8hrs per day, Monday through Friday on a 186 day calendar. Responsible for assisting in the monitoring of students and maintaining attendance records.
Job Duties:
- Assures that an orderly atmosphere is maintained, circulated around the school site, i.e., study hall, lunchroom, options areas
- Manages students in accordance with the school district's discipline plan
- Answers individual student questions and/or directs the student to the appropriate source of information
- Issues hall and excuse passes to students
- Answers phone in the school office and relays information
- Contacts parents on the phone or in writing on student absences
- Collects and tracks student attendance/absence information
- Prepares and keyboards daily attendance lists, posts student absence and tardy times, totals attendance records
- Administers first aid and contacts parents of ill or injured students, makes arrangements to transport ill or injured students to the hospital or their home when the nurse is not in the building
- Administers medications to students consistent with District policies and student IEPs
- Operates copying and duplicating equipment

Salary Range $24.23/hr. to $30.76/hr.
