JOB TITLE: Part-Time Financial Services Specialist
REPORTS TO: Lobby Services Manager
DEPARTMENT: Lobby Services
LOCATION: Sundance Square, Downtown Fort Worth
JOB OVERVIEW: Responsible for performing a broad variety of financial services such as cash handling, cash drawer balancing, processing transactions, granting access to Safe Deposit Boxes, assisting clients with account inquiries, account maintenance such as name change, address updates, product changes, and assist in the opening account when necessary. Presents and explains bank products and services to customers and assists in meeting their financial needs. Resolves customer requests and questions promptly, courteously, and professionally. Ensures compliance with regulations, bank policies, and safety and security procedures. Performs other tasks as required or assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: High school education or equivalent is required. Previous Teller experience preferred. Expertise should include computer skills including a thorough understanding of bank technology systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft software products is necessary. Good organizational and interpersonal skills are all needed. The ability to balance several ongoing projects simultaneously and customer relationships is required. Strong oral and written communications skills for communicating and building relationships with internal and external customers is important. Frequently requires problem solving. Willingness to travel to other locations based upon staffing needs is necessary.
EXTERNAL CONTACTS: Frequent contact with customers both in person and over the phone.
INTERNAL CONTACTS: Frequent contact with all Bank personnel.
DECISION MAKING RESPONSIBILITIES: Day to day customer services issues.
