As a Carpenter, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering exceptional carpentry services for our custom home building projects. You will be trained alongside experts and get to work on unique, high-quality projects, from framing to finishing touches.

Key Responsibilities
- Work on framing, door/window installation, trim work, and specialty finishes.
- Set up and maintain job sites according to safety standards.
- Read and interpret construction plans.
- Communicate with coworkers, vendors, and clients effectively.
- Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility to learn from seasoned carpenters.
- Experience in framing and finish carpentry, or willingness to learn and gain hands-on experience.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage tools, materials, and work areas effectively.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Pay: $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience/skills.
