- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout their visit
- Support clinical procedures including medication administration and basic life support (BLS) when necessary
- Manage medical documentation with accuracy, including ICD coding for diagnoses and procedures in compliance with healthcare standards
- Conduct routine laboratory tasks such as specimen collection and processing for diagnostic testing
- Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, scheduling follow-ups, and coordinating care across inpatient and outpatient settings
Requirements
