- Setup & Rigging: Erecting scaffolding, ladders, according to code.
- Project Management: Reading and understanding work orders
- Physical Strength: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (ladders, paint, and equipment).
- Comfort with Heights: You must be able to work confidently on ladders, scaffolding, and rigging.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required for all team members.
- Reliable Transportation: Necessary for travel between job sites.
- Background Check: All applicants must pass a background check.
- Professional Development: Continued training and safety certifications provided.

Salary : $17 - $20
