What You'll Do
As an Account Executive, you’ll be a key player in driving new business and building strong client partnerships. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and relationship building. You'll be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, presenting our solutions, closing deals, and supporting ongoing customer success. You’ll also work closely with our marketing team to shape sales strategies that hit – and surpass – performance targets.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
- Prospecting and qualifying new business leads
- Delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Negotiating contracts and managing the sales cycle
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive, confident, and goal-oriented individual with:
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the conventional print industry
- A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong skills in lead generation, communication, and relationship management
- An understanding of marketing strategies and the ability to apply them to client solutions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A passion for helping clients achieve their goals
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in the printing industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and modern sales tools
