Transfer Telemarketer / Appointment Setter

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour; income potential with commission $55,000 -$75,000 annually

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Transfer Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the link between our company and prospective clients, engaging potential customers through warm outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our LED Video Wall Consultants. There will be an opportunity for advancement into sales and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling by asking discovery questions regarding their project, timeline, and vision.
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and decision-making processes
• Effectively communicate the value propositions of our technology solutions to potential customers
• Schedule appointments for the LED Video Wall Consultant with qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff of leads
• Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and scheduled meetings within CRM software such as Zoho or similar platforms
• Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture relationships and confirm appointments

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales roles with a focus on outbound calling
• Familiarity with CRM software like ZOHO or other CRM tools for tracking leads and activities
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to perform customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Is organized and reliable
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment

Work Schedule -Work Location: In person- Yorba Linda, CA

Flexible schedule with availability during:

Option 1

Monday – Thursday

Hours are between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

OR

Option 2

Monday – Friday

Hours are between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
