Key Responsibilities
* Welcome members and visitors with exceptional customer service.
* Conduct tours for prospective clients.
* Build relationships with members and maintain a strong community atmosphere.
* Organize networking events, workshops, happy hours, and community activities.
* Coordinate member communications, announcements, and engagement initiatives.
* Assist with onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth experience.
* Manage meeting room bookings and community platform communications.
* Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities and generating leads from tours and member referrals.
* Gather member feedback and implement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
* Assist with social media content creation, event promotion, and community storytelling.
* Ensure common areas remain organized, professional, and welcoming.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer service, hospitality, coworking, events, or community management experience preferred.
* Comfortable speaking with professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
* Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Social media and basic content creation experience is a plus.
* Fluent English required; Spanish is a strong advantage.

* $20–22 per hour based on experience.
