Role Description
Wormald Commercial is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team on-site in Frederick, MD. The Project Manager will oversee all stages of project development, including planning, execution, and completion of commercial building projects. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders; ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards; and resolving issues that arise during construction. The Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Project Management, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Skills in conducting Inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to specifications.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee material movement, subcontractor coordination, and supply chain efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure project objectives are met.
- Proficiency in construction project software tools and familiarity with construction codes and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
