WorleyByrd Roofing & Restoration is one of Austin's fastest-growing storm restoration companies, and we're expanding our field team. This is a face-to-face, neighborhood-based role built for people who'd rather earn based on effort than sit behind a desk waiting on a raise.
A Day in the Field: You'll spend your day out in Austin-area neighborhoods that have recently seen storm activity, starting conversations with homeowners. Your job is simple: help people understand whether their roof has hidden storm damage, and get them booked for a free inspection with our certified team.
You won't be doing the inspection yourself, handling insurance paperwork, or managing any part of the build — your only focus is getting the homeowner from "I didn't know I had damage" to "let's get it looked at."
We'll teach you everything. No roofing background needed — just a strong work ethic and the ability to talk to people.
Pay & Earning Potential
