Worley Warehousing is a family owed business that has successfully served the warehousing and logistics industry for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are currently looking for a flexible and hardworking person to join our Shipping and Receiving Office Team!
Hours – Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Individuals will support the warehouse operations by effectively planning and coordinating customer orders for the warehouse operators according to established practices and daily shipping/receiving schedules.
- Analyzes and coordinates the shipping and receiving schedules at assigned facility to determine if the scheduled workload can be handled using the available labor and inventory.
- Communicate all operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor and other appropriate personnel.
- Maintains a general awareness of the warehouse management system capabilities and enhancements in order to promote workflow efficiencies.
- Responsible for promoting a safe working environment and following safety rules and procedures.
- High school or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 1 year related work experience.
- Must have good communications skills - both verbal and written.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- Must have strong computer skills and be very detail oriented.
- Good math skills
- Ability to work well with other people
- Flexibility in work hours
