Worley Warehousing is a family owed business that has successfully served the warehousing and logistics industry for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and are currently looking for a flexible, and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our Administrative Shipping and Receiving Team!
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to all customer concerns relating to order accuracy, order lead time, on time delivery, customer pickup programs, emergency shipments and other logistic related issues.
Assist and provide feed back to customer on product availability and order fill rates through daily communication on short product listings, and upcoming demand fluctuations by using the inventory allocations report.
Act as a liaison between customers by determining what problems exist and recommend the best solution while maintaining good relations and communications.
Cross-trained at all office desks in business unit.
High school or equivalent is required.
Minimum 1 year related work experience.
Must have good communications skills - both verbal and written.
Must have good organizational skills.
Must have strong computer skills and be very detail oriented.
Good math skills
Ability to work well with other people
Flexibility in work hours
