What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installation Coordinator position at Worley’s Home Services?
This is a hybrid position, with a rotational remote schedule. Employee will work both in‑office and remotely based on a set rotation and operational needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scheduling of installation jobs, ensuring proper coordination and communication with customers and teams.
- Process payments and financing applications, ensuring accurate application and record-keeping of deposits and payments.
- Send next-day job reminders to customers and ensure all relevant information is communicated.
- Draft and send informational emails to customers, outlining key points of their contract and other relevant details.
- Coordinate and assist with post-installation follow-ups, including scheduling city inspections and follow-up visits.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys within a month of installation to gather feedback.
- Adjust the installation schedule as needed, accommodating changes due to cancellations or rescheduling.
- Answer and manage incoming calls to the installation line, providing timely responses to customer inquiries or directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Create and manage complementary job plans, ensuring that all necessary forms are uploaded and information is relayed accurately to subcontractors.
- Contact local city offices each morning to confirm inspection schedules for the day.
