What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Validation Specialist position at Worldwise?
This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 6 months.
Candidates should be local to the SF Bay Area and able to work in-office two (2) days per week.

Job Description:
Data entry, validation, organizing data, creating consistent groupings, and reaching out to and following up with various departments to obtain the necessary data. Table and chart creation for reporting on progress. Supporting ad hoc data requests and consolidating data from multiple documents into one. Assisting with updating systems with validated data.
Skill Sets
Advanced level Excel skills (xlookup/Excel formulas, pivot tables/charts, queries, etc)
Familiar with ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Proficient in PC usage
Great communication and organizational skills
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Skilled at following up, asking questions, and closing the loop
Excellent time management skills
Not afraid to reach out and ask questions
Can work independently, as well as part of a larger team
